Same lineup two games in a row for LaRussa.
If I looked at everything correctly when I went back and looked at box scores. This is just the third time in his tenure as Cardinals manager that LaRussa has used the same lineup in the first two games of a season (minus the pitcher of course). The others were 1998 and 2000. So it’s been a decade since he last did this.
I’d double check it, but maybe you can get some play from a unique fact like that.
